Still There

Went snow-shoeing this week! Two things struck me immediately: 1) there is no snow! Ok, not literally, but comparatively speaking, the snow-pack is a fraction of what it should be and the condition of the snow is terrible. 2) It is as beautiful as always...the mountains are still there and still awe-inspiring.

Looked like a slippery day to be out walking. My favorite photos were the row of blocks and the last leaf picture. The row of blocks was intriguing. What is their purpose? I think the blue/green background of the leaf picture was what appealed most to me. Dad
